Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
  
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand product requirements.
  
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated).
  
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
  
• Ensure high-quality standards by validating fixes and verifying that issues are resolved.
  
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to the development team.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.
  
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
