Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding process
Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
15 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and ATS platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
