Job Summary


We are hiring dynamic Tele-callers to handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting CSPs (Customer Service Points) and Business Correspondents (BCs) in resolving queries, guiding them through onboarding procedures, and supporting them in building successful, incentive-driven businesses.


Key Responsibilities


Inbound Call Handling:

  • Attend and respond to inbound calls from CSPs regarding operational issues, technical queries, or service support.
  • Provide first-level assistance and ensure resolution or timely escalation.

Documentation Support:

  • Guide CSPs/BCs in preparing necessary agreements and documents.
  • Educate them on the basic requirements for onboarding and compliance as per guidelines.

Outbound Engagement:

  • Initiate outbound calls to both new and existing CSPs/BCs to support their business operations and strengthen their financial inclusion efforts.
  • Offer guidance to improve performance and customer service quality at the kiosk level.

Awareness on Government Schemes:

  • Educate CSPs on various government schemes such as PMJJBY (Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana) and others.
  • Help them chase relevant incentives and achieve set targets, thereby enhancing revenue for both the banks and BCs.

Bank Scheme Coordination:

  • Collaborate with multiple public sector banks (e.g., Bank of Baroda, Bank of India) to promote their schemes and ensure accurate implementation at the field level.
  • Act as a communication bridge between banks and CSPs for updates, initiatives, and campaign tracking.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business background preferred)
  • 12 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or client servicing (preferably in fintech or BFSI)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, government schemes, and customer handling
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and CRM software
  • Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
