Job Description / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. In this position, you will assist clients with purchases, technical issues, questions, and resolving any customer concerns with regards to the program. Your key responsibilities also include
2. Responsible for answering, resolving customer issues.
3. Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios
4. Provide customers resolution/consultation with cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
5. Remain updated inthe clientand industry led processes, technology applications, utilities, and products
6. Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
7. Transfer customers to appropriate departments when required
8. Work and partner with others within a team-based environment
9. Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. The minimum qualifications for this role are -
2. Fresh graduates
3. Undergraduates witha minimum6 months of experience
4. Customer oriented
5. Good knowledge ofthe internettechnology
6. Strong typing Skills: 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
7. Good verbal and written English communication skills
8. Flexible to work in rotational shifts
9. Prior experience with an international BPO preferred
