Job Description
Role Definition: Perform the role of selling through service agent by handling inbound calls from the customer, resolving and responding to their queries, asking questions, building rapport and transitioning the call to a sales call thereby generating good customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers to discuss contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and usage patterns to recommend suitable upgrades and additional services.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly recontacting and upselling targets.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, including working in shifts and handling diverse customer queries
- Handle complaints and objections effectively; should try to resolve without escalation
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer focus

- Should be open to rotational UK shifts
- Should be residing within the organization transport boundarie
