Job Summary
As a Trade lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will manage a team of Specialists and Analysts to engage with customers and provide solutions. You will be accountable for achieving service metrics, financial goals, and employee satisfaction. Your role involves decision-making, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with risk guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
  • Execute business initiatives through open communication

  • Have a minimum of 5 years in customer service or related function

  • Analyze data to drive decisions
  • Hold a High School diploma/GED
