Automation Tester @ Rutamsoft Technologies

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1 The lead voice for quality in a highly collaborative cross-functional development team.

2. Setup automated test environment. Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium (python or JAVA) Framework

3. Customize automation framework and libraries

4. Ability to write and execute stress, functional, Sanity, Cross browser, UI, regression testing

5. Perform unit, integration , validation and verification testing

6. Maintain quality of the platform in a fast-paced deployment and release environment

7. Creative thinker with the ability to suggest solutions to team.

8. Independently manage tasks with little oversight, self-starter

Desired Skills:

1. Education: graduation completed or BCA or BE
2. 3-5+ years hands on experience of end-to-end Selenium framework automated testing for web and mobile based enterprise level software

3. Developing a Web Based Application Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrix

4. Thorough understanding of development and testing life cycles (SDLC/STLC) practices and tools

5. Experience working with cross functional, fast pace, agile software product environment

6. Experience analyzing stories or requirements to create effective scenarios

7. Experience creating new feature test plan

8. Flexible, multi-task team-player who can work well with both technical and non-technical resources

9. Ideally, experience working in software product development industry
