OptIQ is revolutionizing the data security landscape by building the world's first AI-Data
Security Engineer. Our platform empowers organizations to classify sensitive data, identify
risky data movements, detect misuse, and create security policies using natural language. With
an AI-powered Threat Detection Engine, OptIQ analyzes events from cloud and endpoint logs
to uncover dynamic risks such as data exfiltration and breaches. By providing comprehensive
visibility into the data landscape, assessing risks, and enforcing robust security policies, OptIQ
ensures compliance with data protection regulations across cloud and SaaS environments.

About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer at OptIQ, you willDesign, develop, and deliver end-to-end infrastructure and services for OptIQ's
innovative platform. Solve complex engineering challenges, including building high-throughput data pipelines
for machine learning jobs handling petabyte-scale data. Lead and mentor a team of dynamic engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative
environment. Take ownership of critical architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies, drive impactful solutions, and
be a pivotal part of a company that is transforming the data security market.
What You'l Bring Experience:
8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
roles.
Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in at least 2 cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Certifications: Should have worked compliance certifications like ISO, SOC2,
PIC-DSS, and HIPAA.
Must have worked on on-prem systems
Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
Skilled in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and knowledge
of at least one programming language.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with customers, problem-solving abilities,
and experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
Mindset:
Entrepreneurial spirit with a "get-things-done" attitude and a commitment to
delivering high-quality solutions.
Comfort working in an unstructured, fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation in a high-growth
company.
Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
