Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced dyeing master specialising in working with knitted fabrics. As a dyeing master you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dyeing process for knitted fabrics, ensuring quality outcomes, accurate colour matching and efficient production.

We require you to:

• Supervise and manage the entire dyeing process for knitwear fabrics, ensuring quality control and cost optimization with best quality results.
• Utilize your skills to develop new shades and accurately color match for various fabric types (cotton, polyester blends) considering variations and dye penetration.
• Conduct fabric testing to ensure colorfastness and stability under different washing conditions, make adjustments to achieve best results.
• Manage department manpower effectively to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Plan production schedules, including shift planning and product allocation to minimize delays. Co-ordinate with other departments such as knitting, processing and production for seamless workflow and timely delivery.
• Adhere to the safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
