Job Description
Kapih is building Indias first AI-driven Digital Twin platform for smart infrastructure management. We are hiring a driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement for our growing tech team in Hyderabad.
Youll work directly with the founders to build a performance-driven, transparent, and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Create JDs and post across Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with the tech team
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
- HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Support payroll inputs and basic statutory compliance coordination (PF/ESIC)
- Handle offer letters, NDAs, HR documentation
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan cultural activities, feedback sessions, and team bonding events
- Track probation reviews, confirmations, and coordinate appraisal cycles
- HR Policy Setup:
- Help draft and implement HR policies and processes for a fast-scaling team
Required Skills
- 24 years of experience as an HR Executive (startup experience preferred)
- Strong communication, ownership, and multitasking ability
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, HRMS tools, and Naukri portal
- Knowledge of PF/ESIC/Compliance basics
