Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator (HRC) to join our Campus Hiring Team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on fresher hiring through campus drives and online job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support campus recruitment drives across colleges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells.
Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals for fresher roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
Assist in onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
02 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable with travel to colleges (as needed).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
