Role & responsibilities
- Actively source and engage top-tier IT professionals across various platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre-closing, and closing.
- Handle international candidate sourcing with a strong understanding of technical profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, or both (360-degree recruitment).
- Leverage gate-crashing techniques to identify hard-to-find talent (preferred).
- Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Prioritize quality and speed while maintaining professional and transparent communication.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3+ years of IT recruitment experience (preferably from a staffing/agency background).
- Strong experience in sourcing, candidate scouting, and pipeline building.
- Proficiency in handling both candidate and client coordination.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote recruitment.
- Knowledge or appreciation of Japanese work culture is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, day-shift environment.
