Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.
  
• Conduct product promotions through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers about our products' features and benefits.

• Conduct field visits to meet with hospitals, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products.

• Develop strong relationships with dealers & distributors through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on medical sales or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Sciences (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Microbiology (M.Sc.), MBA Marketing; preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of business development principles and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command over ENGLISH (Verbal /Written)
