Job Description

UrbanPro is seeking passionate and experienced Maths Tutors for students from Class 1 to 12. As a Maths Tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach students from the comfort of your home, using our robust online platform. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in mathematics, enjoy teaching, and are committed to helping students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Online Tutoring: Conduct one-on-one or group sessions with students from Class 1-12.
• Prepare Lesson Plans: Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Assess Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Curriculum Adherence: Follow the syllabus and curriculum guidelines for the respective grades and boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards).
• Parental Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss student progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field. A teaching certification is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in teaching Maths, either online or in-person. Experience with multiple grade levels is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms. Familiarity with digital teaching aids is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Availability: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
