Job Summary:

Mouri Tech is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Power BI Administrator with 6+ years of expertise in Power BI and visualization technologies. This is a critical role supporting enterprise-level reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Power BI architecture, workspace and tenant management, security models, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Power BI workspaces, gateways, and tenant/multi-tenant configurations.
• Ensure optimal performance tuning and deployment strategies for Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Apply Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage report distribution via Security Groups.
• Oversee Power BI embed processes for seamless integration into applications.
• Generate and analyze Power BI usage metrics to improve adoption and performance.
• Work closely with business users to develop user-friendly, insightful dashboards following best practices in data visualization.
• Use JIRA and work within Agile project environments to manage requests and track deliverables.
• Manage and support pipeline deployments in Power BI environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and the interrelationship between systems and applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power BI Desktop, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of the Power BI security model and governance best practices.
• Proven experience in workspace and gateway administration.
• Proficient in SQL for data modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience with Power BI pipeline deployments, embed API, and usage metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certification in Power BI (PL-300 or similar).
• Experience in enterprise-level BI environments.
