Job Title: Associate / Sr. Associate (Power Platform Developer)
Location: Remote (India)
Reporting Manager: Team Lead
Role Summary: We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platforms developer to join our team and help us design and develop innovative business solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBi, Dataverse, MS Fabric, Power Pages, and other Microsoft technologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of the solutions you create and maintaining documentation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Design and develop custom applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and portals using PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBi, Dataverse, MS Fabric, Power Pages, and other Microsoft tools.
Integrate the solutions with various data sources, such as SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
Test and debug the solutions and ensure they meet the performance, security, and usability standards
Use Prompt Engineering techniques to research for solutions and designing AI Prompt based solutions and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the solutions
Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders in an agile environment
Provide training and support to end users and clients on the solutions
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Microsoft Power Platform
Manage the full lifecycle of PowerApps solutions, from conception through deployment and support.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBi
Proficiency in SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, SharePoint and other data manipulation and analysis tools
Experience with Prompt Engineering platforms such as Chat GPT/Copilot etc
Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure
Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies
Shifts: Should be flexible with shifts. (12 pm to 9 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm)
