Senior Software Engineer @ Emids

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of hands-on experience in web application development using Angular, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and .NET technologies, along with solid experience in MS SQL Server, unit testing, and working in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills and experience in client interactions are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  
• Design, develop, and maintain backend components using .NET framework and MS SQL Server
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with proper unit testing
  
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide regular updates
  
• Work closely with product managers, QA, and other engineers in an Agile development environment
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
  
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 46 years of software development experience in a similar role
  
• Strong proficiency in Angular (preferably Angular 8+), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  
• Proficient in .NET framework and MS SQL Server development
  
• Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices
  
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and team members
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
