We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and mentor our Development and QA teams, ensure project alignment with business goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements.

As a primary client-facing role, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience handling complex projects, and expertise in software development and QA methodologies.

As Technical Delivery Manager, You Will

• Manage, mentor, and support Development Leads, QA Leads, Developers, and Analysts.


• Align project priorities with business objectives and resource capacity.


• Monitor program progress, timelines, and quality metrics.


• Collaborate with client stakeholders to provide project status updates and manage expectations.


• Drive continuous improvements in development and QA processes.


• Establish governance, reporting standards, and escalation mechanisms.


• Oversee the integration of automation, development, and manual testing across projects.


• Provide leadership support in recruitment, team building, and career development

As a Technical Delivery Manager, You Need

• 8+ years of overall experience in software development, QA, and project/program management.


• Prior experience managing development and QA teams.


• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.


• PMP/CSM or similar certifications are a plus.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Proven program management experience handling large teams and complex projects.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and CI/CD.
