UX / UI Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the Salesforce environment.
Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before implementation.
Design the visual layout, interactions, and user interface elements within Salesforce, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing solutions.
Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its features, components, and best practices.
Familiarity with the LDS and its role in creating consistent and visually appealing Salesforce experiences.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and other relevant software.
Apply UX principles to create user-centered designs that are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable.
Create and develop user journeys and service maps to understand and improve the user experience.
Experience with designing for omnichannel services and feature interactions.
Ability to share design deliverables and portfolios on Salesforce.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript.
Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Component Framework
