 Urgent Opening Of Crm Specialist(zoho Expert)

Job Description

  1. CRM Setup & Customization:

    • Design and implement CRM architecture (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or other recommended tools based on business needs)
    • Customize modules for Sales, RSA Dispatch, Service Partners, Warranty Claims, and Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM/HubSpot to align with RSA processes, lead/deal management, Vendor Management and customer lifecycle strategies.
    • Implement automation via Blueprint, workflows, Deluge/custom scripting, and custom modules.

Integration & Process Automation


    • Integrate CRM with external tools (telephony, WhatsApp, email, billing platforms)
    • Automate alerts, communication workflows, and CRM-based reporting for internal and external stakeholders
    • Build workflows for lead nurturing, ticketing, partner SLAs, and subscription renewals.

Technical Development

Code custom solutions using Zoho Creator or various platform for unique business needs.

    • Manage data integrity, security, and audits within the CRM.

Analytics & Reporting

    • Create real-time dashboards to track KPIs for sales, support tickets, partner SLAs, and subscription performance
    • Maintain data hygiene and oversee imports, migrations, and backups

Innovation & Business Transformation

    • Collaborate with the Business Transformation and Innovation team to align CRM strategies with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions within the CRM to enhance partner experience and reduce manual work.
    • Pilot new features or third-party tools to enhance operational efficiency and scalability aligned with our roadmap.
    • Participate in innovation workshops to drive CRM-centric improvements acros departments.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, IT and Finance to streamline partner onboarding, ensure compliance, support tickets, partner SLAs, subscription performance and optimize workflows.
    • Maintain data hygiene and oversee imports, migrations, and backups Support Marketing in lead nurturing, targeted outreach, and customer retention workflows.

Training & Support:

    • Train internal teams on CRM usage, best practices and new features.
    • Troubleshoot issues, document SOPs and provide ongoing technical support.
