UI/UX Developer @ Softlogique It

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences across digital

products.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with

business and user needs.

Work closely with our user research team and use data to inform design decisions.

Support with usability testing (note taking, brief preparation)

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate

requirements into actionable design solutions.

Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, color schemes, and interaction

patterns.

Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices

and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging

technologies.

Work within Agile and iterative design processes, contributing to sprint planning

and reviews.

Technical & Tool Requirements:

Design Tools: Figma

Prototyping & Wireframing: Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Miro

Collaboration & Handoff: Mural, JIRA, Confluence

Basic Frontend Knowledge (Preferred): HTML, CSS, JavaScript principles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and design thinking.

Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.

Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly designs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-

functional teams.

Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user testing insights.

Experience Required:

Practitioner (D level): 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design.

Professional (E level): 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading

design projects and delivering user-centered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related

fields.

Experience working in Agile and Lean UX environments.
