Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Employment and Income Verification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing verification of employment and income for orders received from our onshore US mortgage client. This role involves manually contacting employers over phone calls and emails to verify employment details Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive and manage verification orders from customers through emails and order management portal. Verification Types: Conduct three types of verifications: Written Verification of Employment and Income, Verbal Verification, and Final Verification. Cross-Validation: Cross-validate employer contact information provided in customer orders using authorized web searches, phone calls, emails, and faxes. Use intelligence to source the genuine contact details. Manual Confirmation: Manually confirm the success of verifications and communicate results back to the client using the emails and tools Third-Party Coordination: Place orders with third-party verification agents if employers require external verification Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with employers and clients throughout the verification process. Voice skills Mandatory experience in handling international voice processes Candidates must be confident and possess the ability to handle international voice blended processes, including making outbound calls and attending callbacks Should be a quick and attentive speaker with clients, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills Follow communication scripts when handling different topics to ensure consistency and accuracy Ability to think on their feet and provide solutions to customer queries and issues promptly Proactively identify customer needs during live calls, offer key details instantaneously, clarify information, and provide effective solutions Maintain comprehensive and clear records of all conversations in our database.
