We are seeking a motivated and energetic Relationship Manager / Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, field-based role that involves identifying potential customers, explaining product offerings, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue and achieving monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet clients in person to understand their insurance or financial needs and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Close sales and complete all documentation as per company policy.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and post-sale support.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows as required.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activity to the reporting manager.
