Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Handle entry and mid-levels of Recruitment. Analyse the JD to understand the business requirement thoroughly. Source relevant profiles through multiple channels like Job portals, social media etc. Shortlist candidates based on the JD & have first level of screening to ascertain the suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manager/s. Work on Salary fitments, gather stakeholder endorsements, offer processing, and Reference checks. Coordinate with vendors for background checks for potential employees. Follow up with candidates on onboarding and facilitate relocation. Regular updates to the business leaders on Recruitment status and Analytics. Support the team on Campus hiring, walk-in drives & other recruitment initiatives. Job posting on Job portal and social media. Regular Internal Communication to the employees on the open/ critical positions. Adherence to compliances and processes as per the company policies and guidelines.,
