Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PLM Teamcenter professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including implementation, customization, administration, and support. You will play a key role in managing the PLM environment, improving system performance, and supporting cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT) to gather PLM requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Customize workflows, data models, and user interfaces using BMIDE and other Teamcenter tools.

• Integrate Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, CAD tools like NX or CATIA).

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Teamcenter issues.

• Monitor system performance and apply patches/upgrades as needed.

• Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end users.

• Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• [2-10+] years of experience working with Teamcenter PLM (versions 10.x/11.x/12.x/13.x).

• Strong knowledge of BMIDE, workflows, structure manager, change management, and product configuration.

• Experience with Teamcenter ITK, RAC customization, and SOA framework (for developers).

• Understanding of CAD integration (NX, CATIA, Creo) with PLM systems.

• Familiarity with Teamcenter Active Workspace.

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Tcl, Perl, C/C++) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Teamcenter deployment/migration projects.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

• Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing, Requirements Management, or Visualization modules.

• Experience in industries like automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.
