We are pleased to inform you about an exciting opportunity with our real estate company for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive. This is a work-from-home role designed for professionals with a strong background in real estate sales.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Shift: Night
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the real estate industry

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property options.

Clearly explain features and benefits of various properties.

Schedule and conduct virtual or on-site property visits.

Maintain and update the client database.

Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales team.
