Job Description
-
Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
-
Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
-
Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and tax compliance.
-
Monitor receivables and payables, and manage bank reconciliations.

Support internal and external audits.

Analyze financial data and provide budgeting/forecasting support.

Ensure timely payroll processing and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT).
-
Coordinate with CA firms and government departments as required.

Implement and maintain internal accounting controls.

Supervise junior accountants or accounting staff if applicable.

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software (Zoho, Busy, etc.)

Sound understanding of GST, Income Tax, and other financial regulations

Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail

Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
-
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Prior experience in a manufacturing/service sector is a plus
