    Job Description: Civil Engineer - Waste to Energy Plant Position: Civil Engineer Waste to Energy Plant Experience: 8-10 Years Salary Range: 10-12 Lakh per annum Location: Kuberpur, Agra Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in the Waste to-Energy (WTE) sector to join our team for the construction and development of a Waste to Energy Plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil engineering design, construction management, and site execution for large-scale infrastructure projects, especially in the energy or waste management industry. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Site Management & Construction Oversight: Lead and supervise all civil construction activities on-site for the WTE plant, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Design & Engineering Support: Collaborate with architects and consultants to review and finalize construction drawings, specifications, and site plans for the WTE plant. Ensure compliance with all civil engineering design standards. Quality Control & Assurance: Ensure that all civil works comply with the required quality standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits. Project Scheduling & Resource Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project milestones. Track progress and report any potential delays or issues to the project management team. Contract Management & Documentation: Manage contract documentation, ensuring all terms and conditions are adhered to. Handle project documentation, including change orders, project reports, and material certifications. Budget & Cost Control: Responsible for budget preparation and cost control, ensuring the project is completed within the allocated budget. Handle procurement and contractor management to ensure efficient cost management. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures at all stages of the project, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and site supervisors, to ensure smooth execution of the construction process. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones, and any potential risks. Build strong relationships with all project stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university. 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with specific experience in Waste to Energy Plants or large industrial infrastructure power plant projects. Proven experience in project execution for energy, power, or industrial projects, especially related to WTE plants. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques. Hands-on experience in site management, construction planning, and cost control. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant construction/project management software. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage a team, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with WTE technology or renewable energy projects. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMO) would be a plus. Familiarity with environmental and sustainability standards in construction. Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: 10-12 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and expertise).
