Role Description SecureITSimply Technology Services is looking for a Co-Founder / Chief Growth Officer / Sales Head to join our team with stake in our company and able to run without fixed income for next 12-18 months. We are someone who is willing to get their skin in the game with committed driving from the front seat. This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work but ready to visit potential clients. The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for driving sales as primary responsibility along with managing the company's growth strategy and business development . marketing initiatives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase the company's revenue and market share. Company Description SecureITSimply Technology Services is a technology company based at India that provides affordable IT Infrastructure and Security management services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our team of industry veterans with a combined 60+ years of IT experience ensures that clients" IT environments are secure and fully operational. We use industry-grade tools, best practices, and cloud storage and protection tools to minimize data loss and ensure a high level of productivity. We are a small team of 5 people right now (3 Founders and 2 part-time associates), 4 clients onboarded in less than 9 months of our start, few active discussions. Revenue is stable with solid growth prospects. We are profitable !! Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or marketing, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth for SMB Clients Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and Security services and industry trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Hands-on Skills with MS PowerPoint and working knowledge of Outlook, Teams etc. Ability to build, lead and motivate a team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing,
