Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) US Banking Process
Location: Mumbai & Thane
Were looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a dynamic team supporting a leading US banking process. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and addressing queries related to banking, financial services, and credit card products. Youll deliver accurate, prompt solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and service excellence.
Respond to customer inquiries related to banking and credit card services via inbound calls
Deliver accurate information and aim to resolve issues within the first interaction
Follow defined customer service protocols and guidelines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department as needed
Uphold data confidentiality and comply with security policies
Collaborate with team leads and managers to achieve performance goals
Education: Graduates or HSC pass candidates with strong communication skills
Age Limit: 19 40 years
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills
Fresher: Up to 27,000 in-hand
211 months of experience: Up to 29,000 in-hand
1+ years of experience: Up to 33,000 in-hand
(30% hike on last drawn salary, capped at 33,000)
Shift Timing: Between 5:30 PM 6:30 AM IST (US Night Shifts)
Weekly Offs: Any 2 rotational offs per week
Transport: Home pick-up and drop facility provided
