- Job Role : Finance & Accounts Executive Experience : 3- 6 years Qualifications : CA Inter/Qualified CA (1 - 3 yrs experience) Salary : 7 LPA - 11 LPA Roles and Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of management reports and variance analysis. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Accounting: Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide insights on variances. Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns. Assist with audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and improve financial performance. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Support and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial decision-making. Provide financial insights and data to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
