- Join Our Team as an Australian Accounts Executive! As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Australian Accounts Executive to join us remotely. If youre experienced in corporate tax returns and driven by client success, this is the role for you! Main Responsibility: Your primary role will be the finalization of Corporate Tax Returns for Australian Pty Ltd companies. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling corporate tax return finalization to be considered for this position. What You'll Do: In addition to corporate tax returns finalization, you will be responsible for: GST/BAS/IAS Preparation: Manage and file GST Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). Tax Compliance: Oversee corporate tax compliance, ensuring accurate submission of tax returns and adherence to Australian tax laws. Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients accounting needs, providing them with tax-efficient advice. Year-End Account Management: Complete year-end tasks such as GST reconciliation, bank reconciliations, depreciation accounts, and end-of-year journal adjustments. Consultation & Client Communication: Provide expert tax advice and communicate with clients regarding tax issues and compliance matters. Your Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, experienced, and equipped with strong Australian accounting knowledge. Key qualifications include: Educational Background: M.Com/CA/MBA with a focus on accounting or taxation. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in corporate tax return finalization for Australian clients is a must. Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Xero Tax, Xero, LodgeIT, QBO, BGL, and Class. Client Communication: Ability to clearly explain tax matters and provide guidance to clients.
