Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager in New Product Development at Laxmi Metal Pressing Workz Pvt Ltd, located in Hosur. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading research and development projects, managing food technology initiatives, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with teams in the food industry. Qualifications Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management skills Food Technology and Food Science expertise Experience in the food industry Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Certifications in Project Management would be a plus,
