Job Summary: - As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Marketing Mojito, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the social media strategy and execution for our clients. You will be the point of contact (POC) for allocated brands, handling brand management and account responsibilities. This includes developing engaging content, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous growth and engagement across all social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of our clients. - Serve as the primary contact for multiple brands, building and maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their unique needs. - Work with team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality output. - Create, edit, and publish engaging and on-brand content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and message. - Monitor social media channels to stay ahead of industry trends, brand mentions, and relevant discussions, and proactively respond or adapt strategies. - Analyze and interpret social media metrics, preparing regular performance reports and insights for clients and internal Team. - Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and creative alignment across all channels. - Stay informed about the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices, integrating new techniques into existing strategies to enhance results. - Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting, and measuring ROI. - Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify brand messages and achieve strategic objectives. - Lead initiatives to explore new social media platforms and technologies to expand the agencys and clients digital footprints. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media campaigns. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
