Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in a healthcare setting Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and patient assessment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and critical thinking skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays,
