Job Summary: The Executive Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the Managing Director and CEO schedule runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in media handling, enabling them to manage both internal and external communications effectively. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and prioritize calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD, CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone professionally. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Document/ Agreement Management: Draft, review, and manage documents, presentations, and reports for the MD and CEO. Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and other company activities. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the decision-making process. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar role or supporting senior executives. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and ability to work independently Experience in digital media strategies and social media management Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Willingness to travel.,
