ODDW improves the security of Optum Analytics data licensing business by allowing Certified Partners (third parties) to work with Optum data exclusively within Optum owned Health Care Cloud (AWS & Azure) accounts. These accounts will get automatically loaded with the data the Certified Partner has contractual permission to use by ODDWs pipeline. Certified Partners will each get their own cloud account where they can deploy the tools they need to work with the data. This strikes a balance between freedom and usability for the Certified Partner and security and control for ODDW and Optum as stewards of the data. Primary Responsibilities Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment Create high-quality software by conducting peer design/code reviews and developing automated test cases Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment Play a key role in the future of software products by working closely with product management and other stakeholders to aid solution development Build and implement performant and scalable solutions by applying development best practices Ensure high quality solutions by implementing unit tests, driving continuous integration/validation, and supporting the creation and design of performance, load, and user acceptance tests Build methods and tools to automate development activities Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
