Executive HRBP (Grooming to HRBP Role) The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure to strategic HRBP activities. This role is designed for entry level with the goal of rapidly developing the skills necessary to transition into an HR Business Partner role. The individual will learn and assist in various HR functions, including HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, and business partnership, with the guidance and mentorship of senior HR professionals. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Help with onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Maintain employee records, ensure timely updates, and assist in HR documentation management. Process employee requests for leaves, benefits, and other HR-related queries. Employee Engagement and Relations: Support HRBP team in conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing results. Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related concerns in a professional and timely manner. Training and Development: Coordinate and assist in organizing training programs and learning initiatives. Support performance management processes, helping with feedback collection and follow-up actions. Compliance and Policy Support: Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements in a support role. Help track HR compliance documentation and assist with audits or legal checks as per HR audit checklist. Data Collection and Reporting: Assist in compiling and maintaining HR reports on key metrics like attendance, turnover, and performance. Learn to analyze HR data and provide insights to the HRBP team for decision-making. Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Skills: Basic understanding of HR processes and operations. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.,
