Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources . As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions and processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. Industry - Automotive Qualifications And Skills MBA in Human Resources with 6+yrs in Core HR in automotive, retail or service sector Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, recruitment and best practices Familiarity with labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Roles And Responsibilities Responsible for the recruitment process for the entire unit including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs Design performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback Handle employee relations issues and address employee grievances Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave records Assist in organizing and conducting HR training programs and workshops Stay updated with the latest HR trends and practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,
