AI Software Engineer @ Mercer

Job Description

We're looking for a talented AI Software Engineer to transform prototypes and MVPs into production-ready applications. In this job role you have to focus on implementing robust error handling, optimizing performance, scaling systems, and integrating AI features in collaboration with our R&D team. Key Responsibilities Productionize prototypes and MVPs. Implement error handling for improved reliability. Optimize app performance (speed and cost). Scale user and data management systems. Collaborate on AI integration with R&D team. Ensure smooth dev-to-production transitions. Requirements Strong Software Engineering and Backend Development background. Python proficiency and AI/ML framework experience. Computer Science degree or equivalent. Familiarity with Langchain/Langgraph, Agentic Workflows, Chainlit, Vector, and Graph databases (preferred).
