    Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Department: Human Resources & Administration Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan. Industry: Manufacturing (Hot Structural Steel Channel, Angles, and Profiles for Transmission Line Towers and Auto Sector) *About Us:** We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality hot structural steel channels, angles, and profiles, catering to industries such as transmission line towers and the automotive sector through the rolling process. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for our Human Resources and Administration department to support our growing team. *Job Summary:** The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager HR & Administration will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, and supporting employee well-being in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to managing HR processes, compliance, and administrative support for employees, while contributing to the overall strategic goals of the company. *Key Responsibilities:** 1. Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. 3. Oversee employee engagement activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 4. Coordinate employee welfare programs, ensuring adherence to safety and health standards. 5. Support the implementation of HR strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on talent development and retention. 6. Administer leave, attendance, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 7. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. 8. Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR and administrative processes are aligned with organizational goals. 9. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations, and health & safety regulations. Oversee general administrative tasks such as office management, supplies, and facilities. 10. Assist in managing performance appraisals, training needs analysis, and career development plans. 11.
