Our portfolio includes high-end corporate events, brand activations, museum curation, projection mapping, and large-scale exhibitions. Job Responsibilities: Business Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new business opportunities for corporate events, exhibitions, and activations. Initiate cold calls, prospecting, and networking efforts to generate qualified leads. Target and approach senior decision-makers within corporate organizations to establish lasting relationships and win new projects. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients in the corporate sector. Re-establish connections with dormant or past clients, exploring new business opportunities and reviving partnerships. Understand client needs, develop customized proposals, and drive successful negotiations. Sales Strategy & Business Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing. Drive the sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position CS Direkt as a leader in the sector. Proposal & Pitch Development: Lead the development of compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to clients needs. Work closely with the creative, design, and project teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with client expectations. Present CS Direkts unique value proposition and competitive advantages in client meetings. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of events. Lead cross-functional teams to develop new business solutions and innovative approaches for clients. Provide guidance on best practices in client engagement, lead conversion, and business growth strategies. Market Intelligence & Networking: Represent CS Direkt at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to build a strong industry presence. Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging trends and new business opportunities. Build a strong network of industry professionals, partners, and influencers to expand the business's reach. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track sales performance and report on key metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Regularly update senior management on the status of business development efforts and forecasted revenue. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and collaborating across functions to drive business growth. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue. Client Engagement: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the events and exhibitions industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
