Job Description
Greetings!VEEAR Projects is now hiring IT Recruiters for India Market. We are looking for an excellent talent acquisition specialist to help our clients with excellent resources for both contract and full time roles.

Role: IT Recruiter
Location: Chennai
Shift Timings: 2pm - 6:30pm (WFH)
Salary: 15K - 20K / month
Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Cycle.
Good Communication Skills for Client Coordination
Must have experience on Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and etc.
The recruiter should be an expect in sourcing the right profile from Naukri
The recruiter should have experience in scheduling interviews and coordinate till onboarding
The recruiter should be flexible in shift timings
The recruiter should be able to work on 4-7 Job requirements in a day and should be capable of submitting 6 -10 profiles in a day
The recruiter should be able to coordinate with the client in getting new requirements and reaching back after submission on updates
The recruiter should post the new jobs on Naukri and reach out to applicants to evaluate the profile with the Job requirements
The recruiter should source the profiles using boolean search to find the best candidate in the market
The recruiter should negotiate the salary expectation with the candidate as best as possible
The recruiter should upload the profile in the Vendor portal of the client and email the same to the POC in client location.
