Job Title: .NET Developer - Team Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer Team Lead to oversee a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the .NET framework, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the team in best practices, ensuring smooth project execution, and providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API). - Manage project timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on track. - Ensure that all development projects align with business objectives and comply with company policies and standards. - Implement and enforce best coding practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. - Maintain high code quality through regular testing, refactoring, and continuous integration. - Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. - Participate in architecture and technical discussions, driving innovation and technical excellence within the team. - Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in .NET development and software engineering. Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. Proficient in front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is a plus. Strong understanding of database design and querying (SQL Server, MySQL). Solid understanding project management tools like Jira or Trello. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.,
