The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of enterprise-level sales strategies, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver value to our clients. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets. Identify and qualify new leads, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals effectively. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and develop data-driven sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key enterprise clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Sales Process Management: Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and forecast future sales trends. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges. Qualifications 6 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in HR Tech or SaaS. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams. Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and emerging technologies like AI. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passion for building strong relationships and ability to effectively connect with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Good To Have Experience selling AI-powered solutions or other innovative HR technologies.
