Timing: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.


Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution:

  • Execute the daily and weekly production schedules.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

  • Monitor work-in-progress to avoid delays and bottlenecks.

• Process Supervision:

  • Supervise and coordinate production processes including cell tabbing, stringing, lamination, framing, and testing.

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Quality Assurance:

  • Work closely with the Quality team to maintain product quality standards.

  • Identify and report non-conformity, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Team Management:

  • Supervise and motivate production line operators and technicians.

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and safety awareness.

• Maintenance Coordination:

  • Report equipment issues to the maintenance team and ensure minimal downtime.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance initiatives.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain daily production reports, shift-wise records, and downtime logs.

  • Provide regular updates to the Production Manager.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure all production activities comply with company policies and safety standards.

  • Promote a clean and safe work environment.
