Responsibilities:

• Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
• Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
• Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.

 

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 + years of experience in insurance sales.
• Min. Graduate with min 6 months of experience in sales.
• Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localites, open to frontline sales.
