Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues
Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, presentations, and contracts
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
Track sales targets and report results to the sales team and management
Maintain CRM databases with accurate customer and sales data
Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing and promotional materials
Monitor and manage inventory of sales and marketing materials
Liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Process orders and ensure timely delivery
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with CRM software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
