- Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Industrial Field Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our expanding sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual eager to learn the intricacies of industrial sales and develop strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while playing a key role in driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to industrial sites, factories, and manufacturing units to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Develop an in-depth understanding of company products and services, focusing on industrial equipment, machinery, and solutions. Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, explaining technical specifications, features, and benefits tailored to their industrial needs. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings. Provide regular feedback and sales reports to management, including customer insights, sales forecasts, and market intelligence. Qualifications: Bachelors degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with industrial clients. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field. Ability to travel extensively to various industrial locations. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
