To achieve this vision, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Candidate to join our team and drive our growth strategies. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO)/General Manager (GM) at Sidhi Marwadi in Jodhpur. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to meet business goals, managing budgets, and leading teams to ensure the company operates efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior management role Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Master's degree preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results Experience in the industry is a plus Ability to develop and execute long-term plans for business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle challenges effectively.,
